So I use Photoshop for almost all of my stuff and while looking at other digital drawings I noticed some of them have that blur effect (like when you focus on something and everything else is blurred out) and I was wondering if I'm able to do that on Photoshop. If so how do I do that? I really want to know

    Hi everyone!! I'm back and ready for action. Either I just figured out how to post or whatever wasn't working last time was now fixed. Because of this a lot more pictures have been posted :D    With that being said you will now be able to see more of the recent drawings/paintings/etc. that I have done. Hey bros ^_^ as you can tell, I'm Longtail36. I love TV shows, movies, video games, and anime (especially Hetalia. GO HETALIANS). Some of my pictures are old-ish since I haven't been on here for a while, sorry about that XD. Anyways, some of my pictures are not able to be put on here since it doesn't fit with the PROGRAM.
